grab shaker, fill halfway with ice
2.25 oz Rye whiskey of choice
2 dashes of house bitters
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
Stir until sides of shaker start to fog
Double strain over ice OR neat in a rocks glass
Garnish with lemon peel or lemon twist.
