Old Fashioned

Fill a rocks glass with ice and water to chill the glass
grab a shaker
add 3 dashes of house bitters & 3 dashes of angostura bitters
1.5 oz whiskey or spirit of choice
3/4 oz old fashioned syrup
add a small amount of ice
stir and swirl until the sides of the shaker fog up
dump chilled rocks glass and refill with ice
double strain over ice
garnish with dehydrated lemon and luxardo cherry.
