fill rocks glass with ice and water to chill
grab shaker
add small amount of ice
add 2oz of whiskey
add 3/4 oz sweer vermouth
add 3 dashes of house bitters and 3 dashes of angostura
stir until sides of shaker start to fog up
dump rocks glass, refill with ice (unless served up)
strain over ice, garnish with 2 luxardo cherries on toothpicks
